Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene concerns only unworn earrings are eligible for a return with no exceptions.
Please email email@example.com for return & exchange requests and include your name, address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If your item came damaged or faulty in any way, you may be eligible for a refund. Firstly, take photos of the received item that showcase the defect of the jewelry (3-5 photos will be enough); and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange in the same email. Upon receival of the email, we will investigate the case and suggest whether you are eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will kindly ask you to send the product to pl. Bankowy 2, Warsaw, PL 00-095 addressed to Lore Sp. z o.o. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For all repair inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. You will be provided with a Repair Form and asked to ship your piece with insurance to pl. Bankowy 2, Warsaw PL 00-095 addressed to Lore Sp. z o.o. Please note that any repair sent without a Repair Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete and customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than Lore.gold. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair please contact the original seller.
Custom orders are final sale, however if there is any issue please mail us at email@example.com and we'd be more than happy to assist. Production typically takes 4-6 weeks, but may take longer depending on the nature of the jewelry and the production needed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 of delivery with photographs of your order. We will send you a return label for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to pl. Bankowy 2, Warsaw PL 00-095 addressed to Lore Sp. z o.o. Customers are responsible for the returned parcel until it is delivered to our store. Items that have any signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
